All of our shipments are via UPS Express Courier. You'll receive a message with the tracking code the day before shipping and you'll get your order within three business days after the day of shipping. Any customs inspections on the border could postpone the delivery.
• When you read “UNIQUE PIECE” on the page of the product, it means that that product is ready to ship. It will get to you within five days worldwide, after the day of purchase, except you ask any modifications. We can't accept any PoBox address because UPS mailman leaves your order to a physical person only. We work every day to give the best shopping experience we can. We think that a fast and secure delivery is essential to create an excellent shopping experience.
Don't worry, if you're out or nobody (UPS deliver your order just to physical person) can get your package, the next day UPS will try a second delivery.

For any defective or non-compliant product, the guarantee under Italian consumer protection law is applicable. However, if your product doesn't include custom stones, or any personalization you can return it within 28 days from the delivery date, here’s how: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including: • the product code of the jewel you wish to return; • you shall return the item within 28 days from the delivery date (otherwise I will not be able to provide the refund); • I will give you a confirmation as soon as I receive your email. Then you shall pack the jewel to be returned, making sure to use the same box you received it with. The black box that includes the jewel must not be damaged. After delivering the jewels to you by UPS, you have to take care of them, as you are responsible for any damage to the jewel.
While opening the box and checking if the jewels are in line with your expectations and the description provided by Giardinoblu, please treat them gently and properly, avoiding wearing them and/or to force their usage if they do not fit your size.
Giardinoblu will check the returned products and verify the absence of damages and/or the conformity to the original jewel, before providing you with a refund.
While canceling your order, you can choose two different solutions:
• Size change
If you choose this type of refund, your new jewelry will be put in production in 3 business days from confirmation. You will be informed about delivery times as soon as possible.
• Money Transfer
Refunds will be issued via PayPal System in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Any further solution, i.e. replacement of your jewel with another with a different stone or design, is not admitted unless specifically agreed with Giardinoblu.
We can't refund orders made with specific stones, gemstones or crystals selected by the customer, or any custom jewel with personalization and modification. If you chose specific stones, gemstones, or crystals, and we use them to create your jewel/jewels, your order is not refundable.

Even if six months after purchase have passed, I can provide to repair your jewel and/or I can provide you with a new stone/crystal (in case of band rings). In this case I can ask you a fee for the new stone/crystal and/on for reparation. In this case, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your jewel explaining what's happened and I’ll provide you with a quotation.
If you love your jewel but something happens and it breaks, we're always here to help, we can repair it for you, here's what to do: STEP 1) Send an email to:email@example.com including the picture of your damaged jewel and your request. I will give you the estimated price for the repair as soon as we receive your email. If you purchased your jewel within six months fixing is free. STEP 2) Then, you shall pack the jewel to be returned, making sure to add the necessary packing to protect the jewel and, if necessary, the stone to set. NOTE: The shipping from you to Giardinoblu, repairing and shipping from Giardinoblu to you will be at your own expenses. Fixing and back to you shipping are free only within six months from purchase. STEP 3) When we receive your jewel we provide to send you a PayPal request to cover the fixing and shipping. STEP 4) We provide for repairing and shipping your jewel. Our bronze don't turn in green, however we recommend to taking care of your jewelry periodically, so they always be bright and shine. Here's some practical tips.
The metal of your jewel may lose its bright over time because of the natural chemical reaction between metal and oxygen called oxidation. But don’t worry, oxidation is just on the surface. Rubbing the metal with a lather cloth will bring back the original bright. For any additional caring, use just a few drops of silver or bronze cleaner that you find on the market.
